Support
Warranty & Service
Direct support from Hydration-H₂ for all warranty and service requests.
Warranty periods
Hydration-H₂ systems supplied by Medical Cryo Race Club (MCRC) AG include:
- a two-year warranty from delivery for private customers; and
- a one-year warranty from delivery for business customers.
The warranty covers qualifying material or manufacturing defects. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic marks that do not affect operation, misuse, accidental damage, unsuitable operating conditions, incompatible accessories, unauthorised opening or repair, or failure to follow the operating and maintenance instructions.
Consumables and wear parts are not covered. These include nasal cannulas, resin filters, humidification bottles, air ducts, drain pipes, earphones, goggles, dissolving rods and power cords.
Only purified or distilled water may be used. Damage caused by other water or by failure to follow the prescribed cleaning and water-replacement routine is not covered.

Repair process
If a return is required, Hydration-H₂ will provide return instructions. Approved returns are sent to:
Medical Cryo Race Club (MCRC) AG
Heinrichstrasse 215
8005 Zürich
Switzerland
A valid warranty case will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the applicable warranty and consumer law. Business customers bear the transport, customs and handling costs for sending a product to and from the service location unless MCRC agrees otherwise in writing.
For service outside warranty, we will provide an individual cost estimate for approval before chargeable work begins. There is no fixed diagnostic fee; diagnostic, transport, customs and repair costs depend on the fault and work required.
