Delivery, VAT & Customs

Order process

1. You send an order request through the website.
2. Medical Cryo Race Club (MCRC) AG reviews the order and sends an invoice.
3. You pay the invoice.
4. Once payment is received, we send a written order confirmation and prepare the system for dispatch.

The purchase contract is formed when payment has been received and MCRC sends the written order confirmation.

Delivery time

The usual estimated delivery time is two to five weeks after payment and order confirmation. Delivery may take longer during Christmas and New Year or because of availability, production, carrier, customs or destination-country delays.

If you need the system by a fixed date, contact us before payment so that we can confirm whether the date is achievable.

Prices, currencies and taxes

Website prices may be displayed in different currencies according to your location or selected currency. Prices displayed to consumers include applicable VAT or sales tax where this is calculated by the website.

Because products are shipped internationally, taxes and customs treatment depend on the destination. Your invoice confirms the final currency, price and included taxes before payment. Under DAP, destination-country import VAT, customs duties and clearance costs are not included, even where the displayed product price includes VAT or sales tax calculated by the website.

International delivery: DAP

International shipping is included and delivered DAP — Delivered at Place (Incoterms® 2020) to the named destination unless the invoice expressly states otherwise. We arrange transport to that destination. Import costs come on top: the customer handles import clearance and pays destination-country import VAT, customs duties, brokerage and local clearance fees.

Before ordering, customers should check the import requirements and likely local charges in their country on the assumption that delivery will be DAP.
