Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about molecular hydrogen inhalation and our devices.
General
What is molecular hydrogen inhalation?
Molecular hydrogen (H₂) inhalation is a modern, non-invasive wellness practice. Our devices generate pure hydrogen gas, which you inhale through a comfortable nasal cannula. It's quiet, simple, and designed to fit into your daily routine.
Is molecular hydrogen safe?
Hydrogen gas has an excellent safety profile across all reviewed clinical studies. No serious adverse effects have been reported in any clinical trial, regardless of delivery method. H₂ concentrations used in our devices are well below any safety thresholds. Japan has approved H₂ inhalation as Advanced Medical Treatment for specific conditions.
How long is a typical session?
A typical inhalation session lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. Many users incorporate it into their morning routine, during reading or work, or as an evening wind-down. Our devices include a built-in timer for convenience.
Can I do other things while inhaling?
Absolutely. The devices are designed to be ultra-quiet. You can read, work, meditate, watch TV, or simply relax during your session. The nasal cannula is lightweight and comfortable.
From what age is the product suitable?
Our devices are generally suitable for adults. For children or adolescents, use should only take place after consulting a doctor.
How often can I do hydrogen inhalation?
Several times a week or even daily, depending on your needs — particularly if the focus is on recovery or well-being.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Many people experience a sense of relaxation and clarity during or shortly after use. Effects may vary from person to person.
Can I combine this with my existing routine?
Yes, it’s ideal as a complement to exercise, wellness, or other restorative activities.
How often should I use it to feel an effect?
Consistency is key — many start with several sessions a week.
Is there an ideal time of day?
It’s flexible: in the morning for focus and energy, or in the evening for relaxation and recovery.
